Collection Aquametria

The Aquametria Collection born in 2024, draws its inspiration from the latin word "Aqua", meaning water, and the greek word "metria" for measurement. As opposed to my previous Expressionist collections, this new collection aims to showcase the beauty and simplicity of geometry which is omni present in the nature surrounding us. Although color, layering and patterns continue to be the main focus, this collection attempts to reduce noise in the composition by limiting negative space and creating a sense of harmony and order. The subjects are arranged in a way to create a sense of movement or flow, revealing their simplicity. Similar to my previous collections, but even more impactful in Aquametria, the viewer focuses on the visual impact of the work, rather than on any particular meaning or message. Again, the emphasis is on the beauty of the composition itself and the way the subjects interact with one another.
